A mixture of local performers and international artists.
Events will include:
“Insect Hotel” by the International Collective of Ecological Performers – Performance - You are trying to check in but the receptionist is busy building bed-space for some exceptional guests.
“Mow” by Beetle and Bird – Performance - Who are the Keith-ettes? Why don’t they get a mower?
“The Tempest – Ariel” by Teatro Vivo – Theatre - The Spirit of the island in Shakespeare’s last play plants Cherry Trees.
“Nest” by Nathalie Hauwelle (France) – Performance - A nest fit for a human is built from wood found on The Green by this multi-talented perfomer.
“Gleaning” by Natalie Joelle – Workshop - What is “Gleaning”? Why is it illegal?
“Linus Slug” by Mendoza – Poetry - Insect Poetry from Northumberland.
Plus other surprises, including a Festival Hub on Dartmouth Road. Times and Dates to be announced soon.
